This Wednesday doll is our biggest doll in years - at 22.5" tall! 
She's made almost entirely of felt (minus legs), and her face is hand-drawn and shaded with pencils and ink.
This doll is made to sit, not stand. We had to pin her legs in standing position to take photos, as none of our stands will fit her. 
She is pictured with our "Leatherette" doll, which is our standard size dolls at 18-19", and our Pinhead Doll, which is approximately 20". (They are not included.)
