It's Sam from the horror movie Trick r Treat! 
Sam is approximately 18" tall. Body is made from cotton and felt fabrics. His lollipop is made with wood and painted with acrylics and his bag is made with cotton fabrics and stuffed with poly-fil. (It's not meant to be opened.)
