Do you want to play a game? (Say no!)

When Billy isn't nagging you about games, he's busy riding his tricycle. We've positioned him the way he is exactly for that reason! (Small tricycles can often be found in home decor shops like Home Goods, Marshalls and TJ Maxx.)

He's made mostly of felt, with a bit of cotton fabric. Face is hand-drawn and painted with acrylics and inks. He is approximately 17" long from head to foot in permanent sitting position.
