It's a 10th anniversary Halloween "Nimbus" figure! 
"Nimbus" was first created in 2013 and, up until a couple of years ago, made an appearance every year on Halloween, dressed in whatever Halloween costume he desired for that year. This year, it's the Great Pumpkin, Nimbus! 
Nimbus is made with paper clay, twigs and wire, and painted with acrylics. He is mounted onto a 4" wooden base. Also includes a pumpkin with hand drawn face, a sheet with "holes", a hand-made paper bag and some hand-made rocks. (If you know, you know!)
