Meet Ruby - an original character of ours that jumped out of a drawing! 
She's an anxious vegan vampire, afraid of stakes and steaks and especially garlic encrusted steaks. She's afraid of blood, too, so her parents disguise it in things that are red, like cranberry juice, ketchup and non-alcoholic Bloody Mary drinks topped with fancy umbrellas.

She's approximately 18" tall. (Probably more like 19", as the coffin is 20") She's made with cotton fabrics and her hair is both needle-felted and glued into place. Her face is hand-drawn with various inks, and her wings are made with faux leather, shaded with acrylic paint and inks, and both glued and sewn onto her back. 
She's sewn into permanent standing position, but will not stand on her own without support.
