A girl version of Pennywise? Some people might think IT weird, but not us!
This is a special edition Penny with a balloon and glass eyes! The balloon can be removed from her hand. Penny is made with cotton fabrics. Her hair is made with yarn and glued into place, and her face is hand-drawn with various inks. She is approximately 19" tall.
