It's Jason from the horror franchise Friday the 13th! 
He is approximately 18" tall. Body is made from cotton fabrics. Mask is hand-drawn with various inks and is sewn into place. It is not removable. Knife is made with clay and painted with acrylics. Please note that Jason is not free-standing, but his big round head makes it look like he is when standing against a wall.
