Made with cotton fabrics. Her face is drawn and distressed with various inks and her hair is made with yarn and glued into place. (Top knots can be taken down.) 

She comes with her own stake. (Weird, huh?) Stake is made with sculpey, painted with acrylics and wrapped with twine. It hangs from a metal keychain.
