These Grady's are 14" tall... Which makes them easily digestable bite-sized morsels! 
They're made with cotton fabrics, and their hair is made with yarn and both glued and stitched into place. Each doll has a small bit of velcro glued onto one hand so that they can hold hands forever and ever and ever... 
Blood is painted with acrylic paint.
